South Africa’s crime rate has decreased from 2017 by 4.4% from 2017 to 2018.
However, this does not mean that it does not happen at all.
Where crime is seen, citizens have decided to take matters into their own hands, which is a danger unto the citizen involved.

Taking justice into your own hands is not advisable by the law enforcement but these citizen’s seem to not care.
