Diss tracks have been around for years. We can see diss tracks in almost every music genre. Hip hop has songs such as AKA’s “Composure.” Pop has songs such as Mariah Carrey’s “Obsessed.” Almost every music genre has diss tracks.
But no one has ever seen Gqom and House artists release diss tracks towards each other. This made for a funny video when the female rapper, Gigi Lamayne, made fun of these two genres. She hilariously mimicked the way they sing and she also said some hilarious things. The video made it seem as if bragging is the only way to diss for the respective artists.
