In these scary times for the children in our country parents would feel at ease only if they know their children’s whereabouts each and every minute. There is an app that would help parents check their children’s movements to and from school. On top of that the application is free to use and download.
The application looks at the movement of the children in real-time as they go to school and back home as they use transport. It operates in collaboration with parents, schools and drivers. The application by the name of LocTransie was the concept of Tshidi Morabi. The businesswoman was influenced by a formerly panic-stricken try to find her child after school as a conclusion of a mix-up with her school transport.
“We are career women and busy parents who need to know where our children are at all times. We need surety to know that our children have been picked up from home and dropped off at school and vice versa while we are at work,” says Tshidi Morabi. She went on to say that the parents are also able to keep proper track of their children if the transport owner has more than person driving for the owner. “Parent’s get peace of mind in the event that the scholar transport owner has multiple vehicles and drivers. Should the drivers want to swap children because a driver wants to change their route, parents are able to keep track of that,” says the businesswoman. The app can be found on application stores on mobile phones.
