A social media user made went on to Twitter to speak about how the couch that she was shown was not the same as the couch that she bought. The woman showed an image of the couch that they showed her. However, the couch that she received was different from the one in the image. The couch was not enough in terms of knee height.
“Agony is ordering chair in first and second frames and they deliver one in third and fourth frames and the guy even stops answering calls. Support local businesses they say,” says the social media user. The woman says the product was from Nailed It Zambia. Tweeps reacted to the couch project that failed. One tweep says, “brah I never trusted those [Nailed It Zambia] guys, they use too many stock photos. One tweep says, “Maybe it’s a prototype?” One tweep says, “Frame 3 & 4 is what you buy in the Sims when you don’t have money left and forget the cheats…”
One tweep says, “How does the transaction go??? Do they deliver the product themselves???” The woman spent about R248 for the couch as she said on her social media account. One tweep says, “You spent k1700 (R248) on this? Looks like a wheelbarrow…” One tweep says, “And to imagine I have been recommending them to family. Absolutely rubbish and the rep they were hoping to acquire has gone down the toilet.”
