Netcare 911 responded to reports of collision on Petunia Street in Bryanston, Sandton.
Reports from the scene indicate that a light motor vehicle, light delivery vehicle and SUV were involved in a collision.
Medics assessed the scene and found that an adult male and female from the car sustained fatal injuries and were sadly declared deceased on the scene.
Another two adult males had sustained moderate to serious injuries and were treated on scene by an Advanced life support paramedic.
Once stabilised the patients were transported by private ambulance to hospital for further treatment.
Circumstances leading up to the collision will be investigated by the SAPS.
