WESTERN CAPE – On Thursday 11 June 2020, members attached to Flying Squad participated in an intelligence driven operation and executed a search and seizure operation in conjunction with sea fisheries officers in Lotus River, Grassy Park. Police searched a house and found eight crayfish and 3 121 crayfish tails sealed in 11 bags with an estimated street value of R150 000-00. A 52-year-old man was arrested under the Sea Fisheries Act.
