A 63-year-old medical practitioner is expected to appear in the Sebokeng Magistrates’ Court facing charges of fraud tomorrow, 18 August 2021.
It is alleged that in 2016, the doctor allegedly issued medical certificates to potential clients without medically examining them for a fee of R450 each, at his practice in the Sebokeng area.
Further investigation resulted for the summons being issued against the suspect and it was executed on 05 July this year by the Hawks’ Serious Corruption Investigation in Krugersdorp.
