EASTERN CAPE – In a joint operation between the Anti-Gang Unit and PE K9 Unit members, 24-year-old gang member was arrested for an alleged attempted murder incident which took place in April 2020 in Arcadia in Bethelsdorp.
The suspect was detained for illegal possession of ammunition as well as attempted murder. An inquiry was opened for the homemade firearm.
The suspect is expected to appear in the Port Elizabeth Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, 21 July 2020.
