An armed police hunt took place earlier this week when a cow escaped from it’s farm.
Police were forced to hunt down a cow after it escaped from an animal park.
The cow sparked an armed police chase in Sheffield, northern England after breaking free from its pen at a local animal farm.
Three police cars and a firearms team were called in to assist with the search, but luckily no shots were fired and the animal was recaptured.
A local resident told the Yorkshire Post newspaper: “I looked out the window and saw all of the police first, then saw a cow wandering up my drive … The coppers blocked the bottom of my drive with a car and there was a stand-off for a while as it stood chewing my plants.”
