WESTERN CAPE – Strand police are seeking the assistance of the public to identify the man in the attached identikit. On 22 February 2022 at 14:42, SAPS attended to a complaint of a body floating in the water at Strand beach. On the beach they found the person only dressed in navy shorts with white stripes with no form of identification. An inquest case was opened for investigation.
