Black Twitter Mocks Afrikaans University Under Construction #UniversiteitVanMs**n. Trade Union Solidarity has publicised that it will be building a university under their assignment titled the ‘Solidarity NetWork’.
Trade Union Solidarity has publicised that it will be building a university under their assignment titled the ‘Solidarity NetWork’. The trade union states that the university will have all the needed facilities. This is supposedly the biggest project under the trade union’s project.
“The largest projects we will launch is the development of Akademia to a fully-fledged university with a campus, sports facilities, residences, and an active student life,” said the Solidarity Chief Operations Officer, Dr Dirk Hemann. The announcement of the Afrikaans university didn’t sit well with the Gauteng MEC of Education, Panyaza Lesufi. “I just hate racism when I see one! A race based institution in a non racial society won’t succeed. Please don’t remind us about apartheid #AfrikaansOnly.” Some tweeps made fun of the institution with the hashtag #UniversiteitVanMs**n. One tweep says, “I can already see coconuts applying at #UniversiteitVanMs**n because they have the spirit of Mandela.”
One tweep says brandy and coke will be the type of bribery within the institution. The tweep says, “Bribery into UniversiteitVanMs**n.” One tweep says Cassper Nyovest will be headlining the entertainment at the university. The tweep says, “I’m receiving information that Mufasa has sold out and will be the head the head of entertainment…” One tweep says, “There’s going to be a braai every weekend. Friday steaks, Saturday boerewors rolls with onion gravy and on Sundays it’s gonna be grated pap with chuck…”
