Yesterday a Twitter user of Mufasa asked him for help in finding a magazine journalist that can write the man’s story. The hip hop artist told the Twitter user that he doesn’t know any journalists that want to write positive stories. He went on to say that journalists say that good news don’t sell.
“Cassper help me to find a journalist of Magazine who can write my real story. I was a hustler a seller of houses for decoration in the streets of Pretoria for 9 years. I survive not to involve myself on drugs…More story to tell,” says the Twitter user. Mufasa went on to say that he can’t help the man. Cassper Nyovest replied by saying“I don’t know any Journalists who want to write good inspiring stories about black people ntwana. They say good news doesn’t sell but I hope you keep a strong head and keep grinding. May God bless your hustle.”
Some tweeps agreed with the hip hop artist while other’s didn’t totally agree with him. One tweep says, “There’s been plenty of positive articles written about you, I’m not a fan of our media currently but let’s not tell lies.” One tweep reminded the hip hop artist about his interview with ‘GQ Magazine’. The tweep says, “Wow this statement @casspernyovest have you read GQ Magazine? That’s practically what we do, ad weren’t you on the cover just a few months ago? I think you read tabloids, just saying.” One tweep says, “Real talk @casspernyovest these journalists are after the money not the story.”
