Convicted Rapist Nicholas Ninow Writes Letter To Family And Poem To 7-Year-Old Dros Rape Victim. Nicholas Ninow’s first day of sentencing hearing started off on a crazy note.
Nicholas Ninow’s first day of sentencing hearing started off on a weird note. The convicted rapist wrote a poem for the 7-year-old victim. This was his try in apologising to the family and victim. The man also revealed that he wrote about 30 letters to the 7-year-old victim’s mother.
However, he hasn’t received any form of reply from the mother of the victim. He wrote apoem about the incident and its impact. He stated the hurt that the family might be feeling. “A broken heart…Of an innocent child…A family falls apart…And that’s putting it mild.” He also added that may never forgive him or forget the pain that she feels. “She may never forgive…Nor even forget…The pain I would leave…And forever regret.”
In the apology letter that the convicted rapist wrote for the family, he stated that he would not have done such an act if he was sober. He also states that the incident tore his family apart. “I had way [too] much to drink and was also using a lot of drugs, although it is not an excuse, I just want to say that I know deep in my heart that I would never done such a awful and evil thing in my sober state of mind. My addiction has caused a lott of hurt ro many people and has torn families apart, including my own.”
He also goes on to say that he did not organise for the act. “I want you to know that I did not plan this and I also did not intend to cause any harm that day. I honestly don’t know what possessed me in that manner in the bathroom and I am 100% deserving of punishment and all the bad publicity,” says Nicholas Ninow. He was discovered guilty of sexually assaulting a 7-year old girl at Dros in Silverton last month. The man was also charged for having drugs, along with obstructing the ends of justice.
