Eating Meat Could Be A Possible Risk. The research was released by the American journal of Clinical Nutrition, the same results found in the males with these illnesses could not be said for the males who do not have the illnesses.
A research says that males that mostly eat meat such as cold meats and sausages have a higher chance of dying. The research concluded that males who preferred meats over vegetables and fruits have a risk of dying that approximately is as high as 23% than the person who eats vegetables and fruits. Males who eat both meats and, vegetables and fruits have a good chance at life.
However, a lot of protein foods have a bad effect on males that have Type-2 diabetes, cancer or heart disease. These men have a high chance of dying. The research was released by the American journal of Clinical Nutrition, the same results found in the males with these illnesses could not be said for the males who do not have the illnesses.
Heli Veirtanten, a postdoctoral from the University of Eastern Finland, says that the results cannot be extended to the elderly males “who are at a greater risk of malnutrition and whose intake of protein often remains below the recommended amount.” The results show that medical researchers need to look at the outcomes of eating certain proteins, specifically the men who have illnesses.
The research was done in Finnish, looking at 2 600 Finnish males that are between the ages of 42 and 60.
