31 AUGUST

Relationship expert, Asha Dullabh, joins us and chats about patriarchy and feminism as Women’s Month comes to a close. Senior Sports Writer Ryan Vrede gives us a review of the action in the Premier Soccer League and Super Rugby Australia and Jarrad Ricketts gives an incredible gospel performance. We also cross live to journalist Shanthini Naidoo who shares some insight into her search for the six women who stood together with Winnie Madikizela-Mandela back in 1969.

1 SEPTEMBER

It’s all things oral health this healthy Tuesday as viewers are invited to send through their questions which will be answered live in studio. We catch up with Tarryn Lamb who gives us all of the details about her new single ‘Our Light’ and Katlego and Roderick McKay give us a performance to remember.

2 SEPTEMBER

We chat all things babies this Wednesday as we uncover everything from fashion to homewear and everything in between. JP is back to give us all the latest movie news as cinemas around the country reopen and Chef Clem is a standing by to answer any of your culinary conundrums.

3 SEPTEMBER

Legal Expert Eitan Stern gets us clued up on all the dos and don’ts of Level 2 Lockdown before DJ and Producer, Shimza chats to us about the community work he has been a part of during lockdown and the importance of making a difference. Grant Hinds gets us excited as we battle more players in an Elimination round of Fortnite

4 SEPTEMBER

We’re in Durban on Friday as Kuhle gets up close and personal with Sharks Player Aphelele Fassi. While in Durban, we also pay a visit to Shelby Mkhize and Sya Mhlongo from Ukhozi FM and start the weekend off in style with Expresso’s Legendary Friday Dance.

Musical theatre and singing sensation Dikeledi ‘DeeKay’ Letebele calls in to the loft to share more about her latest single.

1 SEPTEMBER

This Tuesday Cook-Along, our kitchen maestros Chef Chew-Me and Chef Anele, along with the Giggling Gourmet Jenny Morris, will whip up a sumptuous meal of a fresh and zesty cauliflower and chickpea bowl for our starter, alongside a Turkish-inspired spiced aubergine puree served with savoury mince. Lindt’s Master Chocolatier Dino Simatos also joins the loft to show us how to make the perfect chocolate cupcakes!

2 SEPTEMBER

We’re focussing on fitness this Wellness Wednesday. Mrs South Africa 2018 Nicole Capper calls in to the loft to share her exercise routine and her tips on keeping fit and we also chat with dermatologist Ian Webster about managing and treating our dry skin while learning more about allergy treatments that won’t leave you feeling drowsy.

3 SEPTEMBER

It’s all about weddings this Fashion Express Thursday as Robyn Roberts, founder of the Robyn Roberts Studio for boutique bridal fashion, shares her remarkable journey that has spanned for two and a half decades while YouTuber Dan Mace shares the story behind the viral photos of his backyard COVID-19 lockdown wedding. We’ll also be hosting a panel discussion on social media and self-confidence featuring Oyama Botha, Davina Gordon and Zulaikha Patel.

4 SEPTEMBER

We chat to Anthony Mmesoma Madu, an 11-year-old ballet student from Nigeria whose viral video has earned him a scholarship at the American Ballet Theatre. Then, pioneering Mzansi hip-hop artist Slikour will share some tips on being unique and standing out in the music industry. Psychologist Megan de Beyer shares some philosophies and lessons from her book, ‘How to Raise a Man’.
