The former president of South Africa, Jacob Zuma, posted a photo on his social media. The photo made rounds on social media, with some Twitter uses getting frustrated on the picture that he posted on Wednesday. The image shows Jacob Zuma aiming a supposed pellet hunting rifle from his quad bike.
On Tuesday, the former president was supposed to be at the Pietermaritzburg High Court. However, his legal representative brought a sick note that stated that he is not able to be at the court because he was getting medical attention, according to ‘TimesLive’. The former was supposed to be in court for charges of fraud and corruption linked to the arms deal with manufacturing organisation Thales. Black Twitter reacted to the image of the former president holding the rifle.
One tweep says, “But the letter you submitted in court said you too sick to attend court…you hunting, or you hunting sick notes.” One tweep says, “How you became President, I really do not know.” One tweep says, “Attention seeker, whatever games you playing will surely backfire on you, that’s [an] old photo though.” One tweep says, “This picture could have been taken today, yesterday, last year, 2 years back, 3 years ago…Nobody knows. There’s no date, no caption, nothing. Pres Zuma is a great strategist, true military man & intellect who is always one step ahead & knows how to keep the enemy guessing & frustrated.”
