Fraudsters arrested.

KWAZULU-NATAL – Kerissa Pillay (31) and her accomplice Mervin Dennis (52) briefly appeared in the Durban Specialised Commercial Crime Court on Thursday facing charges of fraud and corruption after allegedly submitted fraudulent claims to the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Transport. It is alleged that they claimed an amount of R1.8 million for the road construction that was never done in the Umzikhulu area in 2013.
