Ricoffy has been making trending for some time since the new draft rule in South Africa. However, this time around its trending because of guests. One Twitter user went on to the social media platform to state that serving guest the coffee and chicory blend might be a bit disrespectful towards the guests.
The Twitter user says, “Serving guests Ricoffy is blatant unadulterated disrespect.” Tweeps went on to have their say about the Twitter user’s statement. One tweep says, “Ricoffy is all I have. So now I must spend money I don’t have to please a person who’s staying a few nights or hours…” One tweep says a visitor should take whatever beverage that she offers them. The tweep says, “If you visiting me and you want coffee, Ricoffy is what you’ll get, because firstly I don’t like or drink that much of coffee…”
One tweep says that they had a visitor who would come at her home, the visitor claimed that they don’t drink Ricoffy. They tricked the visitor by putting Ricoffy in a Jacobs jar, the visitor didn’t see the difference. The tweep says, “We had a frequent visitor who claimed not to drink Ricoffy. I put ricoffy in a Jacobs jar…” One tweep says a person should bring their own coffee if they wont want Ricoffy. The tweep says, “You better bring your own coffee if that’s the energy you’ll be giving me…also some people can only afford Ricoffy you know…”
One tweep says, “I genuinely enjoy Ricoffy…” One tweep says she enjoys Ricoffy as compared to the stronger coffees. The tweep says, “I love Ricoffy. I can’t stand this strong coffee. Not for me, I had a boyfriend who had Jacob’s and whenever I went to visit I’d go with my Ricoffy until he made it part of his grocery list.”
