Undercover Billionaires executives, Louis Jacob Tshakoana and his wife Komane Suzen Tshakoana are wanted by the Hawks’ Serious Commercial Crime Investigation. The couple has been operating an illicit multimillion ran investment scheme. They manipulated people all over South Africa to to invest in their supposed illicit scheme without any knowledge.
The South African Police Services says the couple’s organisation was not registered at the Financial Sector Conduct Authority. The investors were told that the get more than they would normally get from other investments if they invest with them. “Investors were lured with promises of higher than normal returns on their capital which they ultimately lost.”
Their son was featured on Vuzu AMP’s reality show “Rich Kids”. The show was about the young rich ones. He showed people that he had luxury vehicles (a Audi RS3 that was valued at R800 000 and a BMW M4 Coupe that was valued at R1.7 million), designer clothes, his own chef, a huge apartment. His cars had the Undercover billionaires print on them.He also told people that he pays chef R5000 for every meal.
Their famous son, Louis Junior Tshakoana had a case opened against him in July 2017. He gave himself over to the Hawks in March 2018. He was given bail at R70 000. He is set to be in court on the 6th of June in 2019. The Hawks are still examining his case. The police have warrants for the couple. “Further investigations have implicated both his parents and when attempts were made to get them to account, it soon became clear that they were absconding, hence warrants for their arrest have been issued.”
