Limpopo Resort Closed Down Near The Arrival Of The People Coming Back From China. The people that lived around the place had different emotions with the group being near them.
Protea Hotel’s very own Ranch Resort close to Polokwane in Limpopo has been under closed down after it was acknowledged on Thursday as the place for quarantine for South Africans that are moved from coronavirus stricken in Wuhan in China. The people that lived around the place had different emotions with the group being near them. The hotel workers also stated that they were not ready for the responsibility of the patients.
The members from the coronavirus stricken Wuhan in China is set to be in South Africa on Friday. The Ranch Resort has been watched by the military and police officials since Wednesday after there were threats to disturb the government’s plans by organisations such as the Economic Freedom Fighters and the African National Congress task team in the Capricorn District. The threats did not happen due to the appointment of the police officials.
Before Minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, the minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, spoke to the media she first communicated with the workers to speak about their issues. It is believed that she told the workers that they will get their salaries for the rest of the quarantine and also an extra R100 per day.
