Mamphintsha’s Manager Is Suing Apple Music For Removing Mamphintsha’s Music. Dogg DBN says that the music store withdrew the music without telling the company about the actions that it was going to take.
Mamphintsha was recently in court because of claims that he was physically assaulting his ex-girlfriend Babes Wodumo. The West Ink owner’s music has been withdrawn from Apple Music’s iTunes store. The singers manager, Lindo “Dogg DBN: Buthelezi is reported to be appealing against iTunes for R10 million.
Dogg DBN says that the music store withdrew the music without telling the company about the actions that it was going to take. He also says iTunes didn’t abide by the contractual agreement that was set by music streaming platform.
Dogg DBN says, “There’s contractual agreements in place…We still want to know who asked them to remove music by Mamphintsha without prior explanations and consultation. This is a breach of contract & we demand the music being brought back on the site.”
Dogg DBN told TshisaLive that he doesn’t promote violence against the other party. He carried on saying that, however, Mamphintsha must be treated as reasonably as other people. “Mamphintsha must be treated like all others who make mistakes. Plus I am his manager I have to look out for him as a colleague, friend, and manager.
In his long post on Instagram, Dogg DBN said that this would be of advantage to them. He spoke about the application that they created to stop artists from being clients of an international streaming platform. He also put the West Ink owner side by side with Chris Brown.
