Man Accused of Raping 23-Year-Old Mentally Challenged StepDaughter. The 59-year-old is looking at numerous cases of sexual abuse because of his supposed sexual assault towards the woman.
The male who is claimed to have used his mentally challenged stepdaughter says that the she loved him. He says that he took care of the 23-year-old mentally challenged lady. He is on trial for sexually assaulting the 23-year-old for eight years.
The 59-year-old is looking at numerous cases of sexual abuse because of his supposed sexual assault towards the woman. The woman is stated to have the mentality of a pre-school child, the male would allegedly make her look at him masturbate. The event is said to have been taking place since 2008 to April 2016.
The man was at the Palmridge Magistrate’s court in Katlehong, Johannesburg, when he said that the 23-year-old and him had a good association. The man says that he took the woman and her older brother in as his own after getting wedded to their mom. The man says that the 23-year-old woman would always go on his adventures with him, he also says that they would also go together to his vacation home.
When he was asked about his rape allegation towards the woman, the 59-year-old denied it. He said: “I loved her too much and she loved me a lot.” The cases against the man were supposed offences such as sexual assault, sexual action towards an individual who is mentally challenged, showing of child porn or showing porn to a mentally challenged individual. He also has a case of making the woman look at him masturbate.
The man is also being prosecuted for other supposed sexual advancements towards the woman such as touching her private parts. He is also being prosecuted for allegedly coercing the woman to touch his private parts and make her groom her private parts.The man insisted on his innocence in the case laid against him.
The 59-year-old says that before he broke up with 23-year-old’s mom, their relationship was already was mostly aggressive. The man the aggressiveness in the relationship was because of the mom. The man says the mom would get very aggressive and hit him. The man also says, “I would try to keep her away because she would pound me with her fists.” The man is temporarily out due to bail, he is set to take the stand again today.
