Man Gets Himself Apprehended To Prevent Getting Married To His Girlfriend. Marriage to some people is the best thing to ever happen.
Marriage to some people is the best thing to ever happen. However, there are some people who do not want to get married because of their own reasons. Having to tell their significant others that they don’t want to get married is quite difficult. Well, one man chose to do something rather than get married.
A man by the name of Chen from Shangai in China told police officials that he stole a speaker on purpose in order for him to get apprehended. He wanted to get apprehended so that he could avoid from getting married to his girlfriend. The man got apprehended on the same day of his crime, leaving the officials with a funny story. He told the police officials that even though his girlfriend wants to get married, he doesn’t want to marry her, prompting him to steal.
He says he wanted to walk away from the scene where he stole but he was angry. “I knew I would be caught. I actually wanted to walk away, but I was angry,” says Chen. The officials state that the man stole something that wouldn’t cost much because he didn’t want the owner of the shop to lose a lot. He also did so that his girlfriend would want to break it off with him.
