A video recording of a man made rounds on social media for good reasons. The man in the video helped a homeless man he saw. The homeless man was digging in the garbage bin for food when the man saw him.
The video shows the man who was in the car greeting the homeless man. He asks him why his eating from the garbage bin. The man then tells him that he stays in the streets. He then tells the homeless that his going to get him food, he also asked him what type of food he wants.
The homeless man replied to him by saying that he is not picky on the type of food he wants. The homeless man’s name was Frans. The man then asked him where he sleeps in the streets. The homeless man then said that he sleeps at Kwaggasrand in Pretoria. He told the man that he lives on the streets because he has issue with his stepmother.
The man then ordered pap and stew for the homeless man while. He also bought other types of grocery items for the man. Social media user praised the man for being a good man towards the homeless man. One social media user said: “This is love. Let it inspire one more person. Maybe one day all of us we will be on the streets helping those in need and they (there) will be no one need.”
One user said: “Bl Phakathi what more should I say sir, you touch my heart everyday. I pray for you more that (than) I pray for myself, God bless you my brother.” One social media user praised him for not showing his face in the video. The user said: “Love it that this man doesn’t show his own face for credit like the celebrities do when they make a effort to help someone in need.”
