Well it turns out that the place might have really good burgers. The place’s burgers have been selected as the world’s best burgers. The burger place has been the only South African burger place that has made on the United State of America’s Bloomberg list of ‘The World’s Best Burgers as Picked by Stars of Gastronomy’. The list of the world’s best burgers was compiled by Michelin-star chefs and other people in the culinary business. The list looks at different burgers from 5 star places to fast food restaurants.
Buns Out was selected by Lorna Maseko, who seemed to love it. Lorna Maseko told the publication that “This new joint in suburban Linden is the first of actor and TV celebrity Maps Maponyane. It has attracted a lot of media attention. There are about a dozen burgers, including vegetarian and vegan options. Quirky names include Is It Brie You’re Looking For?”. This all happened within a space of over 5 months as the joint was opened in September 2019.
