DJ Fresh has been suspended from his highly anticipated show, the ‘Fresh Breakfast’, on Metro FM. Someone was put in the place of the loved DJ and radio personality. The radio personality was suspended from his show because he used bad language while he was on air. The incident happened when he had a rant while on air towards a listener’s comment on the show.
The DJ also went on a rant towards another listener on the 20th of May. He asked the listener to stop tweeting from his behind. The comments that DJ Fresh said were not liked by his listeners. One listener by the name of Daniel Mokwa laid a complaint at the Broadcasting Complaints Commission Of South Africa. He told the institution that the radio personality used bad language while on air.
However, some tweeps didn’t like the fact that DJ Fresh was suspended from his show. One tweep says, “My morning(s) are no longer the same phela…I am always grumpy last week Friday I almost fired my boss…I miss Dj Fresh.” One tweep says, “Letting Fresh go will be the biggest mabhena. He is the reason I listen to metro. Please guys ngafa yi (I’m dying because of) Jacaranda at the office. Iam out voted her. I convinced then (them) to listen course (because) they (there) is Fresh…”
Other DJ Fresh fans stood up for the lady that is standing in for him during his suspension. One tweep says, “We all want @DJFreshSA back but there’s no need to attack @RelebogileM and @thomasmsengana…I mean really…” One tweep says, “Yes we want DJ Fresh back but can we not insults (insult) Relebogile in the process, she’s equally an employee deployed fro @FreshBreakfats_… This hashtag proves gore (that) you are (a) National Key point. COME BACK…”
