Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the N3 South bound, Modderfontein AH, Sandton.
Reports from the scene indicate that the driver a vehicle lost control resulting in the vehicle ramping an embankment.
Medics assessed the scene and found that nine occupants of the vehicle sustained minor to moderate injuries.
The patients were all treated on scene and once stabilised were transported by various ambulance services to hospital for further treatment
