A firefighter, Cameron C Major Khuzwayo, posted images of him and his squad saving two homeless citizens that were dragged by a dangerous river channel at Durban in KwaZulu-Natal. The two homeless citizens did not have a way out of the river channel. The firefighting squad worked for hours in order for them to help the two homeless citizens.
The male said: “It’s always a pleasure saving a life at any cost. Being in the company of such wealth of knowledge and experience is an honour and privilege.” Cameron C Major Khuzwayo said that the squad had to improvise and use certain instruments and machines in order for them to help the two homeless citizens.
The followers of Cameron C Major Khuzwayo hailed his squad for saving the two lives. One follower said: “Great work! Well done to you and the team.” Another follower said: “Well done to all personnel for your work today. You are all heroes.” One follower told the team to stay safe. And the other follower said that these types of events should be part of the news.
