GAUTENG – An intelligence driven operation, led to the recovery of four unlicensed firearms and ammunition as well as the arrest of one suspect in Vanderbijlpark last night, 25 May 2020. Fifty (50) stones that are suspected to be diamonds were also recovered.
The firearms will be sent for ballistic tests to determine if they were used in the commission of other crimes. The arrested suspect will be appearing in the Vanderbijlpark Magistrate Court soon.
