Radio Presenter Thwasa Departs From Lesedi FM. The exit was because of her contract not being renewed.
Seipati “Thwasa” Seoke was one of the most loved presenters on Lesedi FM. The presenter exited the radio station after being of service to it for 19 years. The exit was because of her contract not being renewed.
The rapper and radio presenter was a co-presenter on the Monate Breakfast Show. She co-presented alongside Tsholo Leokaoke and Khotso Lepeli.
“I am leaving because my contract was not renewed and no reason was provided. I have no issues with that,” says Thwasa.
Thwasa’s currently focused on her studies and her music career but says that she would grab the chance to go back to Lesedi FM. The former presenter says that being at the station and speaking with the audience made her appreciate her culture and language. Thwasa joined Lesedi FM in 2000 after being employed at QwaQwa Radio.
