NORTHERN CAPE – Members of Hartswater Crime Intelligence and Kimberley K9 unit are continuing unabated to remove drugs from the streets.
Earlier today, 09 July 2020 the team followed up on information regarding the sale of drugs in Hertzog Street in Hartswater.
After searching the premises, the members discovered CAT and TIK with an estimated street value of R27 500-00.
Two male suspects aged 30 and 37 respectively were arrested and charged for dealing in drugs and will soon appear in the Hartswater Magistrate’s court.
The joint team was applauded by the group leaders of Group D, Brigadiers Nicky Mills, Bossie Jacobs and Mojapela Moreki for their continued commitment and persistence in eradicating drugs from the streets and squeezing the space for drug dealers to operate.
