The Social Crime Prevention Coordinator Warrant Officer Maranda, Social Crime Prevention members, Community Policing Forum (CPF), Victim Empowerment Programme (VEP) members, Youth Against Crime (YAC) and Thuthuzela Care Centre officials, have conducted a door to door campaign today at Musina Nancefield location and Ngwelemotse.
Community members were addressed about the following issues:
• House breaking and theft
• Educated community about types of abuse and women’s rights
• Compliance with the Covid-19 regulations
• Services rendered by police, VEP and Thuthuzela centres.
Crime hints pamphlets were distributed. About 89 houses and 130 were people reached.
