Student Arrested For Eating Free Food For 2 Years At KFC. The 27-year-old man had a name tag that he claimed was given to him by the KFC headquarters.
A 27-year-old man from the University of KwaZulu-Natal is due in court for lying to KFC workers in Durban. The man made the workers believe that he was a person that was sent by the KFC headquarters to check the quality of the food. The workers believed him so much that it took them two years to notice that they were being stolen from.
The 27-year-old man had a name tag that he claimed was given to him by the KFC headquarters. He also wore formal clothes and arrived in a limousine. Reports say that his friend, the part-time limousine driver, was also an accessory to the crime. A KFC staff member says they would always try to be on their best behaviour when he always came, they didn’t want to frustrate him.
The staff member says he looked like a person that was from the headquarters because he was so confident about it. The staff member says, “When he comes in he rushed to the kitchen and checked everything taking notes and then ask for samples of whatever he wants.” The KFC staff member believes the guy used to be a KFC staff member too, considering the way he knows everything about the place.
