DURBAN – A 20-year-old man is set to appear in the Durban Magistrate’s Court today for contravention of the Medicines Control Act 101 of 1965.
On 22 July 2020 at 13:30, detectives from the Provincial Organised Crime Investigation Unit discovered 54 medicine containers labelled as Mylan Alprazolam in the suspect’s possession. The suspect failed to produce necessary documents for the drugs when he was questioned.
