It is also good for the host as it gets them a bit of money in their pockets without the stress of using a chunk of it. Supposed Family Man Who Hosted A Crazy Party
A host who had a penthouse in New York rented it to a man who acted as if he was with his family. However, the man was hosting a crazy party which turned the home upside down. The woman came to her house and saw poop on the floor, chewing gum and several other things in her home.
Mobile Brothel
Two friends were heading out on a two-week vacation, so they thought it would be good if they rented their home to two people. However, what they got when they came back was not what they expected. They got to their house being raided, this was because the guest were busy with a brothel at their place.
Neighbour Who Can’t Keep To His Side
Three musicians had police busting through their Airbnb rental place. A neighbour of the owner thought that the hip hop artists were robbing the place. The artists sorted out the issue with the police. However, it didn’t seem like the neighbour understood what was going on, busting through the front door.
Guest Who Squatted In His Rental
A guest complained about supposedly bad tap water that came from the host’s home. The guest then asked for a refund. The host was annoyed by the guest thereby asking them to leave but the guest refused, saying that he will be living at the rental. The guest also stated that they would sue the owner for the water. It took the owner 3-6 months to sort the issue out.
