KWAZULU-NATAL – The Durban Serious Corruption Investigation arrested Bheki Dladla (44), Annabell Veeranna (50) and Isabella Raghoonundun (24) on Wednesday for alleged corruption in relation to a Reconstruction and Development Programme (RDP) tender.
The trio briefly appeared in the Durban Specialised Commercial Crime Court shortly after they were detained the same day.
