Tweep Stranded On A Highway Overwhelmed By Support From Black Twitter! A popular young entrepreneur named Itumeleng known on twitter as the Sandwich King recently had an experience that restored hope in humanity as we call it in Mzansi, Ubuntu.
Itumeleng got stuck on a highway at night after dropping his daughter at home. He was humble enough to go on twitter and ask for help.”Evening guys I’m stuck on the Highway from dropping my daughter off in Katlegong car doesn’t have any power,I’m stuck not too far from Alberton,east rand people can I get help,I don’t have friends or anyone who can help,please also bring me water to drink,” he pleaded with twitter.
Whilst black twitter can sometimes make a celebrities or tweeps want to leave the social media platform altogether because of bullying, this time around they proved it’s not always bad vibes on these twitter streets. This was after Itumeleng came back with great feedback on ho he got help.
“The amount of love and care the people on Twitter have is just amazing, was stuck yesterday and got help from so many people some calling from cape town to check if I’m safe and 2 showed up to tow me back to joburg,we were in a convoy taking me home guyzins. Thank you,” the young entrepreneur tweeted his gratitude.
Still some critics were not impressed with his way of finding help as saw it as a dangerous move that could have gone wrong.
