2019 has been a mess of a year for most people in South Africa. Some people’s New Year resolutions might not have been approved because of the tumultuous events that have been happening within the year. However, some tweeps seem to be hopeful for the future. The tweeps say what they still hope to achieve within the year of 2019.
The tweeps used the hashtag #In2019IStillHopeFor. One tweep says he hopes that parents would motivate their children to think for themselves. The tweep says, “In2019IStillHopeFor more parents to encourage critical thinking to their children instead of endoctrinating them with religious dogma that does nothing for their mental well being…” One tweep says that she hopes that the robbers who held people at gunpoint are arrested.
