KWAZULU-NATAL – The police officers from the Provincial Drug and Firearm Unit conducted an operation yesterday at Margate and Port Shepstone. The team went to Margate area where a 32-year-old man was found in possession of 400 capsules of heroin and 20 tablets of mandrax.
The team proceed to Murchison area where a 30-year-old was found in possession of 2092 capsules of heroin and 300 tablets of mandrax. Upon searching further, the suspect was also found in possession of two unlicensed pistols with 241 rounds of ammunition.
