Watch! The New South African Dance In Tribute To The Coronavirus #CoronavirusInSA. The world has been in panic since the coronavirus started spreading.
The world has been in panic since the coronavirus started spreading. In other countries there has been numerous deaths that were caused by the virus. In South Africa there has been 13 cases of the coronavirus and 1 critical case has recently been reported. But do people in South Africa take the spread of the virus seriously?
Well, it doesn’t seem like it as a video recording of a club full of people made rounds on the internet. People in the video recording can be seen dancing and shouting the name ‘corona’. The people also made the gesture of the masks that people wear to protect themselves from the coronavirus. Black Twitter responded to the new dance move that people in the video introduced in the name of the coronavirus. One tweep says, “We survive on humour.” One tweep says Trevor Noah should show people in the United States of America so they can understand him better.
“[Trevor Noah] must show this to his American audience. It will help them understand him better. South Africans refuse to be depressed,” says the tweep. One tweep says, “We are a country that finds humour in everything.” One tweep says, “[Trevor Noah] once said it…the rest of the world goes one way and SA goes the other ‘don’t worry we will find you there’.”
"The World Health Organisation (WHO) has officially declared the new Coronavirus, COVID-19, a pandemic."
