Western Cape – Unlicensed firearm, ammunition and drugs seized

Our endeavours to strengthen relationship between police and communities in the fight against crime yielded good results and led to the arrest of four suspects yesterday in Manenberg, Kensington and Muizenberg.

The police stopped and searched them and found a 9mm pistol with ammunition in their possession. Both suspects are expected to appear in the Athlone Magistrates’ court once they are charged.
