Happy Simelane, a businesswoman from the East Rand, had a wedding of her dreams. The woman had a wedding that is close to a fictional story that you see about princesses. The woman was getting married to the love of her life, Mduduzi Simelane.
W24 reports that she had a short recording of the vows that her man said to her on the big day. “I promised you that I would take your heart and put it very close to my heart a few years ago. That still stands…I will never let you down,” says Mduduzi Simelane. The event that the couple put together cost them about R1.1 million. It was a two-day event, which includes a traditional wedding and a white wedding. The traditional wedding was at the businesswoman’s home in the East Rand. The white wedding dress she wore was a 3 in 1 dress, filled with pearls, worth R150 000. “Happiness is something else, you can’t fake it. My wedding day was everything I’ve dreamt of,” says Happy Simelane. The husband made the wedding even more special by giving the businesswoman a Porsche car worth R900 000.
This makes the wedding costs worth R2 million. The man said that it was a gift for the bride from him and his family. The bride’s wedding was topped off with an amazing from the people who came to the wedding. The bride and groom were given R500 000 from the bride’s business partners and friends. The couple will be having another wedding in December. “We’re having another wedding in December where I will be officially welcomed to my husband’s family,” says Happy Simelane.
