Woman Says She Found Underage Porn In A Memory Card. The event came up in the Sexual Offences Court today.
A female living in Kimberley, Northern Cape, was left in terror after she put an SD card into her mobile phone. What she found in the SD card scared her. She had found pornographic material that include under age individuals.
The event came up in the Sexual Offences Court today. Danielle van Rooyen went to the court to attest in the matter against Willem van der Linde. Van der Linde is on trial for having pornographic material that includes under age individuals and for watching the material.
Willem van der Linde does not acknowledge the cases laid against him. Danielle van Rooyen says van der Linde and her ex-partner were housemates. She says that they were drinking and they told the male to join them, he joined them.
After they all had a nice time, the female and a friend of hers went out. When they got back she saw that her mobile phone was not where she last saw it. The female says that she went on searching for her mobile phone. She says that she found her mobile phone under a pillow that next to van der Linden when she was heading to the bathroom. She says that they have to go through his bedroom when they need to head to the bathroom.
“When I went in, I saw my cell phone was lying underneath a pillow next to the accused. I did not retrieve it. I then noticed there was a memory card lying on the floor. I picked it up and inserted it onto my other cell phone.”
The female says she started scrolling through the images that were on the SD card. She was in horror when she discovered images of underage naked girls and sexual intercourse occurring. The female says she doesn’t recall if she put the SD card in her mobile phone only or in another device, this was the answer when she was asked a question.
