Woman’s New R800 000 Dream Car Turns Into Nightmare. A car buyer from Pretoria, Cheryl Modise, was very happy in June when she bought the vehicle of her dreams.
A car buyer from Pretoria, Cheryl Modise, was very happy in June when she bought the vehicle of her dreams. The woman bought a new Range Rover Evoque that was worth R800 000. One month later the car started giving her an issue.
The Range Rover Evoque that she bought then failed to start a month later after she bought it. While she thought that the car was still at the dealership, she found the vehicle deserted in Soweto. What happened after was the failure of cancelling the car’s sale.
The Moto Industry Ombudsman of South Africa has recently withdrawn its first ruling in the favour of the car dealership. The Pretoria woman purchased the vehicle in June. She also gave in a deposit of R120 000 for the vehicle.
