Zozibini Tunzi Writes Beautiful Message To Little Girl Who Called Herself Ugly. Zozibini Tunzi has gone on to repeat that beauty is not fixed and that every person is beautiful in their own way.
Zozibini Tunzi has gone on to repeat that beauty is not fixed and that every person is beautiful in their own way. This is after a video recording of a little girl from Atlantla in the United States of America, 4-year-old Ariyonna, landed onto her social media feed. The video recording also made rounds on the internet. The video recording shows a hairdresser doing the little girl’s hair.
The little girl then looks at herself on the camera for a brief moment and then says that she is ugly, which shocked the hairdresser. She then cried when the hairdresser gave her a hug and kept making her understand that she is beautiful. Miss Universe has also went on to social media to say that beauty has no standard, she did along with posting the video recording. “…To Ariyonna and every other little girl who has felt like this…you are beautiful, don’t let the world tell you any less…”
She went on to say that she has had many interviews where they have asked her what beauty standards there should be. “And I always wonder ‘why must we have beauty standards?’ With so many beautiful women in the world who look so different from each other, why should we have beauty standards? Beauty is subjective and so in that regard every woman and girl of every race, shape, size and shade is beautiful,” says Zozibini Tunzi. She has went on to say that people cannot live in a world that makes little girls feel less about themselves because they are not part of the standard.
